Great ideas deserve
a clear starting point.
Every intelligent system starts with a problem worth solving. Explore our services, estimate your investment, and find the right approach for your business.
Build Your EstimateMake the next step tangible.
Select an option to move forward. Go back any time to refine your estimate. No personal details needed.
A starting point for every scale of ambition.
Starting prices are preliminary. Final pricing depends on scope, complexity, integrations, and infrastructure. Third-party API, model, and hosting costs are scoped separately.
What are you building?
What could automation give back to your business?
Adjust five assumptions. See the capacity that might be released for more useful work.
Formula: people × weekly hours × 52 ÷ 12 × work suited to automation × time recovered. Capacity value multiplies recovered hours by hourly cost. Recovered time does not automatically reduce payroll or create cash savings. Actual results and payback are not guaranteed.
A clear path from question to working system.

Good questions.
How accurate is the project estimate?
It is a planning range based on a few inputs, not a quotation. We review the actual workflow, integrations, data, and delivery requirements before proposing a final scope and price.
Why do AI projects have different costs?
Complexity, data quality, integrations, testing, review requirements, and deployment needs vary from one project to another.
Are API, model usage, and hosting costs included?
Not in this estimator. Third-party subscriptions, usage, and infrastructure are assessed separately and confirmed in the project proposal.
Can Sapienced work with our existing tools and software?
Often. We review available APIs, permissions, data access, and operational constraints before confirming an integration approach.
Do we own the software developed for us?
Ownership and licensing depend on the agreed scope and contract. We make those terms explicit before work begins.
How long does a typical implementation take?
A focused workflow can take less time than a multi-system product, but timing depends on scope and access. Discovery produces a realistic delivery plan.
Can we start small and expand later?
Yes. A narrow first use case is often the clearest way to test value, reliability, and team adoption before expanding.
What happens after we submit our project requirements?
We review your information and contact you to clarify the problem, the likely approach, and next steps. Submitting the form does not create a payment obligation.
